Co-founder of Banco Finterra where he was Chairman and member of the Board of Directors. Served as DGA, responsible for treasury, finance, compliance, risk, systems and operations. In addition, he oversaw the bank's equity and debt initiatives and its relationships with the CNBV and Banco de Mexico.
Previously, he worked in mergers and acquisitions for Salomon Smith Barney and ING Barings in New York, completing transactions with a value exceeding US$20 billion in various sectors, including: financial, telecommunications and industrial.
Industrial Engineering from ITESM (Special Honorable Mention) and MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
